Andernach & Bleck receives EcoZert from Creditreform Dortmund

The company Andernach & Bleck was awarded the "EcoZert" on December 19, 2023. Creditreform Dortmund thus confirms that the bright steel producer and refiner fulfills all certification criteria in the areas of resource efficiency, social action and good corporate governance. Andernach & Bleck Managing Director Carsten Bleck has now received the corresponding certificate from Hartmut Irmer, Head of Sales at Creditreform Dortmund. This makes the long-established Hagen-based company the first company in the Hagen area to meet the EcoZert requirements.

"We are proud to be the first company in Hagen to be awarded the EcoZert sustainability seal. It confirms our ecological commitment, the social responsibility we assume and the good relationship we have with our partners and customers and shows that we take the three building blocks seriously," says Bleck happily.

"Sustainability is not only one of the dominant social issues of our time, but also an important unique selling point for companies," said Irmer at the award handover.

This is EcoZert

The EcoZert is a quality award for particularly sustainable companies and certifies their sustainability measures. The focus is on environmental, social and management issues. During the audit, Creditreform uses a protocol to determine where companies are already well positioned and where there may be further potential for improvement.
