Confirmation of compliance with the sanctions regulations

The European Union has adopted several packages⁽¹⁾ against the Russian Federation concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine and against the Republic of Belarus concerning restrictive measures in the view of the situation in Belarus. All these measures must be effectively implemented by both the competent authorities and EU economic operators.
These measures prohibit the direct or indirect import or export of the goods concerned and prohibit the participation, knowingly or intentionally, in activities, which circumvent these prohibitions. They also stipulate that Member States must impose sanctions for breaches of these regulations.
We hereby declare that we comply with the applicable legal provisions imposing sanctions and that we do not cooperate with entities that are subject to or within the scope of these sanctions. Furthermore we declare that we are not affected by the sanctions.
