Dear business partners,

after a hopeful start to 2020, the global economy was very quickly slowed down by the corona virus, which still dominates everyday life. We hope that you, your families and also your employees have remained healthy and have weathered the crisis well so far.

Despite everything, we have again made some investments this year in order to be able to continue to offer you bright steel at the highest level. Currently we are looking optimistically into 2021, a vaccine is within reach and the economy has accepted the current situation and is just returning to a more active market life.

As in the past years, we will not send any Christmas presents this year. Instead, we will give presents to charitable organisations whose work we appreciate very much and whose commitment makes a big difference:

• The children's hospice service Sternentreppe im Caritas e.V., Hagen
• BSH Betrieb für Sozialeinrichtungen Hagen gem. GmbH Jugendhilfe Selbecke

This year the loading will end on 17.12.2020 at 12:00 pm.

A notification of the loads for week 51 and the beginning of week 1 must be sent by at the latest by Thursday, 10 December 2020.

From 18 december 2020 until 3 January 2021 inclusive our outgoing goods department will remain closed.

The first day of loading in the new year is Monday, the 04 January 2021 from 8:00 o'clock!

this year Easter is an extraordinary time. The current situation is new for all of us and cannot be compared with anything we have seen before. Nevertheless, we would like to take this opportunity to wish you and your families a healthy and happy Easter.

The current Europe-wide measures concerning Corona/COVID-19 continue to present us with special challenges. Our company is also partly affected by these measures. The spread of the corona pandemic continues to develop at a highly dynamic pace, so that despite all efforts to ensure regular and smooth processes, further restrictions may arise at any time which we cannot control.  

Our goal is to continue to maintain a business operation based on partnership. In case of any problems we will - as you are used to - work out solutions together with you. Nevertheless, we are confident that we will survive this situation together as partners.
